Interview...!!!

Huh, we had an interview session wif our lower sixers and form one probates today, the whole day, to choose the librarians!! I went into the library right after the assembly was dismissed and came out at 2.30pm... Same goes to the other interviewers. The interview went smoothly except that I was quiet confussed when evaluvating them. Some were really not eligible to become a librarian...some were too good to be choosen! We were lucky to get the 'too good' students because some of them were rejected for some reason in the prefects interview although they were ex-prefect in this same school. These students have really good ideas and different way of thinking.. I was really impressed wif one of the lower sixer's answer for our teacher's question! But overall, it was not an interesting session as MOST of the answers given were not really convincing and never catch our attention except for one or two of them(60 over students came for the interview).. but I hope those who are going to be selected will be more responsible and I hope can see some changes in our library and also in librarians!! LIBRARIANS ROCKS...!!
