Rat Dissection...

Dissection is one of our compulsory practical to do for STPM. So, our teacher willing to sacrifice her holidays to carry out our practical for 2 whole days since it cannot be done in one half hour in school hours. So sweet of her...So, yea..we did the practical..each had a rat per day. So, 2 rats for 2 days....it was quiet interesting to dissect a rat..it was a mammal...the system was almost like human....of course it is not the same coz it is animal, n human has more complex system... All the organs were very small and I find it quiet hard 2 identify some organs, arteries and veins..especially the ones under the liver!! But the finding was interesting 2 do....application of the theory on practical....I scared I'll cut d liver or any nearby artey or vein...coz it will start bleeding n will make my life miserable. However, I was enjoying it although I struggled a little in drawing part.. I was happy that I've made a right choice by choosing biology class bcoz this is where my passion is... I'm enjoying each and every moment learning biology...although having hard time in scoring!=P But can overcome that problem... so, tht's all abt dissection... hmm...yea..

Dear Planet Earth!

What's happening to our dear earth?? I'm sure all of us are aware of the latest happenings around us...Myanmar people's livings were destroyed by Nargis cyclone; Sichuan earthquake 'shakes' the whole wide world; some killed in the bom blast in India....uh...... What happened to the world? Is all these caused by some irresponsible human beings who are so selfish untill they are willing to do anything to the extend of some heartless doings and causing natural disasters??!! We should be more responsible...not by only giving aids to the victims but also responsible of not causing these type of disasters in future!! We should appreciate what we have and learn to live & be happy with what we have. We can save our world only by following simple living ethics as taught by our folks!
